No matter how healthily you eat sometimes you get those sugary cravings that are hard to ignore. Am I right or am I right? Well this is at least true for me...

So, to keep myself from binge eating on processed, sugary, carb-laden treats, I have made it my mission to search for and experiment with guilt-free (vegan) desserts that will satisfy my sweet tooth while not making me feel guilty!

Chocolate Shake Recipe

1 frozen banana
1/2 frozen avocado
2 dates
handful of ice
*key ingredient* 2 tsp of cacao
1-2 cups soy milk
optional topping: shredded coconut

Blend ingredients together, pour into cup
