As you all know, I love sweets. Sugar has always been my downfall. In my attempt to develop healthier eating habits this year, I have said no to refined sugar. Now, let’s have a moment of honesty here. I have had a few slip-ups here and there & I have regretfully given in to sweets in the recent past.
Ok, aside from that mumbo jumbo, I happened upon a recipe that is sure to quench that sweet tooth, but also provide nutrition! I will put the recipe along with prices of the individual ingredients below.

Let me be honest hear, I do not like spinach in my salad. I have never been a “spinach person” but I decided to add it into my smoothies so that I can still receive its benefits without having to crunch on it..Let me reassure you that you cannot taste the spinach at all! It doesn’t even affect the color of the smoothie if you blend it long enough! This smoothie will not disappoint if you are in need of something sweet without wanting to feel guilty afterwards :-). It’s delicious! You certainly will not feel guilty after drinking this smoothie, especially after reading the health benefits of specific ingredients that I will put down below.
Just look at those health benefits, my goodness! I truly hope that you all try this smoothie! It is savory...and won't disappoint! I am always full after I drink it, and it is very good in keeping the digestive track running smoothly lol (TMI, I know;)! If you try the smoothie, comment down below and let me know your thoughts on it. Also, if you have a smoothie recipe you'd like to share, please comment that below as well. Always looking for new smoothies to try!
Here's to healthy-living, folks!
