Aside from the Welcome post on my blog, you really don't know much about me and my family!
As you know, my name is Adele. I married the most amazing man EVER. His name is Scott <3. We have one precious, six-month old: John Everett. John Everett loves to roll over on his play mat; scream to get his parents' attention; and loves to chew on just about anything he can get his hands on. He keeps my husband and I full of energy. He brings life (literally ;) to our home! We couldn't imagine our lives without him.
Since I was a little girl, I have always loved children. I always knew that I wanted to be a stay-at-home mamma, and have a large family. God laid that on my heart when I was little. I guess it makes sense, then, that I would major in elementary education. Well..I knew that I wasn't like my husband, who loves numbers & majored in finance. I also knew anything pertaining to the medical field was out of question, seeing as I feel faint at the sight of blood, needles..etc(which is why John Everett's birth story has a very interesting twist to it...but more on that in another post).
Both myself and my husband are very energetic and enthusiastic about life! We are always looking for something new to work on-maybe just in different ways though..For instance, he may be looking for the next house to flip... or swing to build (he can build just about anything). I’m a little more ehh... conservative(?) and prefer journaling/writing (hence, the reason I started a blog;), looking for new books to read, new recipes to try my hand at, and new crafts to try! We both have a passion for devoting our lives to Christ & living our best lives for God.
