"The Women's Herb"

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea
"It balances your hormones naturally."

I learned about this tea a month or so ago. What attracted me to it were its health benefits. It is known as "The Women's Herb"...also known for its ability to help maintain and improve a woman's reproductive system among other things >>>>.

Red Raspberry Leaf Tea {Benefits}:
>It balances your hormones naturally.
>Its antioxidant properties strengthen your uterine wall and clear toxins from the reproductive system.
>It regulates your period naturally.
>It decreases your chances of cancer, heart disease, and reproduction-related disorders.
>Because it strengthens the uterine wall, it can be of great benefit to women who have already had a baby via c-section who would like to deliver vaginally the second time around{me, me, meee}.
>It relieves cramps and other PMS symptoms.
>It decreases heavy periods.
>It helps reduce stomach aches.
>It aids digestion, providing relief against bloating and constipation.
>It supports implantation by strengthening the uterine wall.
>It relieves nausea and other morning sickness symptoms.
>It is said that drinking this tea can promote a healthier, FASTER labor and delivery.
>It increases milk production.
>It helps with postpartum recovery.

After learning about this wonderful tea, I ordered some on Amazon{pictured above} along with a tea sifter, because the brand I ordered doesn't come with the typical, small tea bags you would get from the grocery store. The dry tea leaves come in one big bag.

I follow the recipe on the back of the bag :

Pour one cup of boiling water over 1 tsp of dried leaves, cover and steep 5-7 minutes.
>>>>{optional}>>> Add in fresh lemon juice, honey, or milk of choice(usually I do soy). You can drink it hot or cold.
