10 Foods That I Eat Everyday

If you are new on my blog, you may not have seen my previous posts talking about my health journey and how I have transitioned away from processed carbs/sugar and have moved towards more of a whole-foods plant based diet.
Throughout this journey I have found 10 nutrient-rich staples that I try to incorporate into my daily diet. These foods are important because they contain key nutrients that my body needs to function properly. If you scroll down you will see foods that I incorporate into my daily diet and some of the brands that I use as well.

There are so many beautiful foods that God has given us to use for nourishing our bodies and luckily with google and Pinterest, it is very easy to learn about the wide array of nutrients we have at our disposal!
