10 Foods That I Eat Everyday

              Calcium....Protein...Healthy fats...Iron...


If you are new on my blog, you may not have seen my previous posts talking about my health journey and how I have transitioned away from processed carbs/sugar and have moved towards more of a whole-foods plant based diet.

Throughout this journey I have found 10 nutrient-rich staples that I try to incorporate into my daily diet. These foods are important because they contain key nutrients that my body needs to function properly. If you scroll down you will see foods that I incorporate into my daily diet and some of the brands that I use as well.

1. Green salad/spinach

{I eat fruit everyday. Every other day I have a frozen berry smoothie with bananas and spinach, soy milk, and frozen avocado; on the alternate days I eat whole fruits not in "smoothie" form...usually a banana, apple or orange.}
