This recipe is perfect for someone wanting a healthy, guilt-free, hardy snack at home or on the go. My husband is not a snacker, but even he likes to take one to work for an afternoon pick-me-up to hold him over until supper.

✅ No “fillers” or “binders” like you would find in store bought granola bars

>(optional)bake oats for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
>Heat honey 🍯 and peanut butter in saucepan on stove together until melted together.
>Soak dates for 5-10 minutes in warm water.
>Blend dates until a paste-like substance is formed.
>Put all ingredients together in bowl and mix thoroughly with a big spoon or (my fav.) your hands.
>Press down into 8x8 pan and place in fridge for 20-30 minutes.
>Cut into preferred-size bars and enjoy! I keep mine in the fridge and pull one out at a time as needed!

🥜 1/4 cup of nut butter (I used peanut butter bc I make these for my husband and that’s his fav nut butter).
🍯 1/4 cup of honey.
🌱 1 + 1/2 cups of oats.
🌱 1 cup of dates.
