Grab-n-Go Breakfast!

The key to these breakfasts is prepping them the night or weekend before...which only takes about five minutes or LESS!

1. Chia Pudding Parfait

*These are SO yummy and SO nutritious*
*You can change these up and add whatever ingredients you want to them*

1/4 cup of chia seeds.
1/2 cup of preferred milk(I use soy)
1/4 cup of berries of choice(I used raspberries and bluebs)
1 tsp of honey

>poor chia seeds and milk into container.
>mix in berries
>drizzle honey over top
>seal container and place in fridge night before
>take out next morning and ENJOY!

2. Homemade Smoothie

* These can obviously go any direction you want them to-use whatever ingredients you'd like, but this is our go-to recipe!

* ..Also, we buy fruit in bulk every month and freeze it specifically for smoothies..so I always have frozen fruit on hand.

1-2 cups of milk of choice(we usually do almond or soy)
1/2 cup of frozen strawberries or blueberries 🍓
1 frozen banana 🍌
1/2 frozen avocado(tip: freeze your ripened avocados that you won’t get to quick enough!) 🥑
1 big handful of spinach

>>I do the following on Sunday night, so that less time is spent in the kitchen on busy mornings>>

{}Make a "smoothie cup": Place ^above^ smoothie ingredients in container of choice & place in freezer.
{}Repeat this five-six times so that you have enough to last you the entire         week.
{}I fill red solo cups up and stack them in gallon freezer bags so they don't     dump.

In the morning, when you are ready for a quick breakfast on your way out the door, pull a smoothie cup out of the freezer, poor it into the blender with your milk of choice, and blend! Poor it in your cup and out the door ya go! Just like that! So easy!!

Whether you are a stay-at-home mama or not...these pre-prepared breakfasts make it easy to ensure that you are getting the most important meal of the day in on those hectic mornings! With all that is going on in the world right now, it's important to be getting in all of the fruits and veggies you can to boost your immune system, and these breakfasts do just that!

Here's to happy & and healthy living!
